Strange New Worlds feels so very loving of Star Trek’s legacy and cultural importance and emotional power while grinning and nodding at the goofy, silly aspects. It helps the cast is magnificent.

My kids would prefer more like Lower Decks, which is also huge fun, but I enjoy both. The only real downside is knowing who has plot armor and who doesn't. Cast is simply fantastic, and it is hard to pick favorites.
