That's what he wants, then he activates the Insurrection Act & voila-no elections. It would be a pretty lopsided Civil War, most of the Citizens with guns, esp assault weapons are Trumpers, or Militias that just want to fight everybody.

You underestimate how many liberals have armed themselves over the last several months. Unlike the 2A notions, they don’t advertise it. People are afraid that their freedoms are being stripped from them. When people become desperate, they will fight no matter the odds.

I appreciate what you’re doing, but refusing orders is not as easy as this image makes it sound. Realistically, we have to hope entire units refuse to execute orders. Individual soldiers will not have the power to take this type of action alone.

They can lodge a formal complaint, & consult a lawyer. Now that JAG's are mostly gone it falls on the individual to refuse to violate their Oath by following an Illegal Action-but THEY are personally responsible for any incident involving civilians. Group action helps, but they may have to quit.

You would think the CO's/NG commander would refuse & not put troops in this situation. Or the Governors sending their troops into other States. The Posse Comitatus hearing is going now-shouldn't need that hearing to tell Military that their actions are illegal. Hopefully the ruling will come soon
