No one Senator — or one person for that matter — is the be-all and end-all that would have “saved” us if only a WOMAN or women wouldn’t have accused him or “refused to stand by him.” I’m at a loss to understand why this one guy has somehow become a hero to so many women.Come on, now.
Uhh, because he consistently voted for policy and legislation that protected and benefited women. Oh, and the allegations leveled against him were exaggerated and misconstrued to fit the narrative of the moment, but I digress. He’s become a fabulous podcaster, though.
A lot of other Senators voted the same way and didn’t CHOOSE to resign because they had been credibly accused of sexual harrassment by multiple women. Surely you can find another hero for women’s rights?
