So there's a story behind this. That otter had been orphaned and this guy raised it until it could feed itself. Then he released it back into the wild. Now when he comes to check on it, the otter comes to him.

I figured the otter had to be somewhat tamed. Glad he’s living in the wild and not in a cage somewhere. Adorable video, thanks for sharing.
