Musk can't understand basic algebra. If one house requires 1k gal of water/min for say 30 min. to knock down a house fire, then LA County needs, say for 7k structure fires, 210M gallons of water! Not to mention some 24k fire engines (3/house) 96k firefighters (4/engine)...all at one time. 😖
