Sadly Visa and MC have too much of a stranglehold on Congress through their bribes--"political donations" for PIX to be implemented there. It'd take big pressure from citizens AND a giant scandal to change things, so everyone needs to keep howling about what they're doing. MAKE it a giant scandal.
