Unfortunately the pic of Janey Godley with "Trump is a cunt” sign +high-fiving a cop, is an old one. She died about a year ago😥. Was great to see people channelling her eg with signs saying “Trump is still a cunt”! (I also really liked the one that said “Like Hitler, only his hands are littler”!)
Her and Ashley’s Facebook livestreams kept me going through cancer/Lockdown. I found her so human, totally relatable - warts ’n all.
Mum died of cancer 2006, Dad died of COVID early 2020. They're unique experiences, and yet she cut through all of it and managed to be universal. I hope you're in remission. My DMs are open if you ever need.
Awh, thanks for that and sorry for the loss of your parents. My own Mum died on March 1st 2020 (suddenly, not from Covid) just before I began chemo - and then there was the pandemic. Grim times. But I am, thankfully, in remission. 🤞

I miss Janey so much - especially her 'spoofs' advising Trump how to behave whenever he visited Scotland. Goodness knows what wonderfulness she would have made out of this visit! RIP, Janey
