It is lovely when people understand it. So many - understandably - feel anxious and panicked they think mindfulness is privileged nonsense that doesn’t relate to their situation. Yet, we know it applies to everyone. I came to it (and Buddhism) through my treatment for Complex PTSD. Better than meds!
