The Wife had to be on massive prednisone doses when her auto-immune condition first emerged and my memory is that is was rounder (moon face) than the rather amorphous unpleasantness of Trump's, but it's not a great close-up either.

I've seen one different photo from a different angle and it's much less of a moon face and way more general swelling. The heaven comments from Trump and JD's comments about being ready make me think this is more serious
