i also love that in Chapter 4 he's like "The Knight shall destroy you pitiful Lightners" but Susie hits him with "we lived bitch" "I'm sorry, WHAT." can't wait for Chapter 5 where Susie just bombshells him with beating a Titan and he just goes "YOU FUCKING W H A T"
I also like how Chapter 4 kinda gives Jevil a bit more lore relevance by revealing that he was the one who told King about the Knight after he went mad
it implies that Jevil may have been the ONLY antagonist or Shadow Crystal boss who actually MET the Knight (i'm not EXACTLY gonna count Gerson, because The Knight legit sped through and dropped off the Shadow Crystal)
Its because Gerson would of neg-diffed the Knight if they actually encountered him/j
i feel like either the Knight was moving as quick as possible because the Heroes got hot on the Knight's trail, or maybe when the Knight gives Shadow Crystals, it swoops in quickly, and leaves as fast as it came, leaving the recipients to go mad (except Gerson of course)
Gerson just built different Also funny how the most light-hearted this far of the shadow crystal bosses happens to be in arguably the most bleak chapter this far.
