I printed mine from my SSA account online. Fortunately, I had printed all my years earnings about five years ago when I quit paying into SS due to paying into PERS now. JUST IN CASE.

Yes, I did that as well, after paying into PERS. But, I print out every year since, just to check. It sure would be easy to wipe out your Earnings Record with a single key stroke. Not paranoid, just protecting 47 years of work history.
