That too. But the math doesn't work for a third party, because if it's viable, nobody will get to 270 and the Republicans in the House will decide it.

Republicans won't control the house, the new house is sworn in before an election certification, and Musk is saying he's funding, and runningcandidates up, and down the ballot. He keeps his word, that guarantees Rs no longer control the house by the next presidential race.

They don't have to control the House. Each STATE gets a vote, and there are more red states than blue.

Congress certifies the presidential election, that's what January 6th was about. The newly elected congress is already sworn in before presidential certification.

You're not understanding me. If nobody gets 270 Electoral votes it goes to the House. EACH STATE GETS ONE VOTE. So they would pick the Republican. The certification on January 6th happens after that. If you think they wouldn't certify something that the Constitutional process lays out, think again.
