In the sense of initial potential vs performance, yes. I thought he'd be an excellent successor to Pelosi but it turns out he's got terrible strategic instincts and at this point has accrued negative credibility and influence. Whatever you think of Nancy she'd be doing a much better job.

He's not in leadership. Schumer never was a leader. Jeffries showed promise, but didn't deliver.

Correct Fetterman is not in a majority/minority leadership role however he is the worst democrat, aka the wolf in sheep’s clothing.
