This opinion is just going to further the disdain toward lower district courts that has been exhibited by the SCOTUS conservative majority.

So be it. There are more honest Judges than there are crooked. SCOTUS 6 are the mafia court & should be called out on opinions that show obvious flouting of the constitution & laws. Many written by them! Hypocrites!!

Every branch of the fed. govt. is undermining its own power. Ultimately, the blue states will ignore them as their blatant bias increases. And that’s where the real power in the US lies. The revenue blue states raise from its own citizens dwarfs red states. Cutting off the federal govt will end it.

They have zero respect for them now. You can’t “further disdain” something you already don’t care about. Also: The lower court has scrupulously followed their own tortured ruling: obeying the new standard set by the corrupt court. If OBEYING them makes them mad… then what’s the alternative?? 🙊🙉🙈??
