I’m sorry but you’re not gonna get a perfect Dem nominee. If Newsom represents the best option to beat Republicans in 2028 then you better believe I’m gonna support him. And this is the line of thinking that ALL Dem supporters need to follow.

There are no perfect candidates. Some, like the Orange Buffoon are just worse than others. We have to find and support the best Democrat we can.

Agree. But the real battle we have to fight is against the 3rd party tantrum-pers who will use ANY EXCUSE to fuck over the Dem nominee. Their purity test to declare a "conscience vote" ( which allows them to sleep at night despite their choice being the cause of US deaths under fascist rule)
