John Bolton was the wrong target for this. He has good lawyers, he is a DC insider, he has connections. I think this will backfire bigly.

I hope you’re right, but given what we’ve seen since 2015: the GOP cozying up to Putin, big law firms bending the knee, the SC handing out presidential immunity, the ‘adults in the room’ enabling this shit, I dunno. The DC establishment, especially on the GOP side, isn’t what it used to be
