Any advice for moving a well established rose bush - super healthy tons of yellow roses (“Sunshine” I think, planted it a decade ago). Planted way too close to a fence. Would like to keep it in the same spot just moved out, away from the fence. In the PNW. Thanks
If you can, I would wait until winter and when it’s dormant. Give it a good prune and then carefully lift it out with a fork. If you then mix a slow release fertiliser in with the rose when you replant it, it should be fine.
