literally easier to find an NHS dentist than get Vodafone to understand “the same contract for the same price but just in the new house please”
thought we’d got it all sorted until the first bill comes in with a massive early termination charge despite the fact the contract *hasn’t been terminated* oh well I guess I’ll just use their online chat service - ah, no agents available, right
