If possible, request a W4 and mark yourself exempt for the year, and file for an extension come tax season. Also, move your money to a local credit union instead of a bank if you can

Remember if you're going to file it an extension to make certain you do not owe any taxes. Extension or not any taxes due the government that are not paid on April 15th will immediately accrue penalties.
