Yup, needing record profits every single year to appease stockholders and the board is a guarantee for greed to be the only governing principle of any corporation. Capitalism in its purest form

Exactly, 👍🏼 when growth at all costs becomes the only metric of success, it leaves no room for ethics, sustainability, or even longterm stability. The irony is that this kind of shortsighted capitalism often undermines the very system it’s trying to maximize.
