Of course. I live near Seattle, which has been utterly incapable of "resolving core problems." I don't think we even have agreement on how to define core problems, much less resolve them. For example, if a core problem is opioid addiction, what exactly is effective treatment?
Agreed, I should say: until we're able to get at least kinda in the ballpark of solving the core issues.. then we can at least move in the direction of getting most people some help. Incremental change is so wonderful, 10/10 totally works. But hey, beats absolutely nothing I guess 💯 'merica
