Just really hurts still. Extending the leg fully hurts and anything touching it hurts. I haven’t been sleeping well.

Those are some deep bruises. 😢Were you able to get ice on them soon after it happened?

Sadly no, I had to fix a broken door, parent, help a friend parent, and then continue to dog handle, and sleep on a couch for a few days before getting to really rest it or treat it.

But really it’s all healing pretty well. This happened on Monday, the bruises are pretty faded compared to what they were. Thank goodness for arnica creams.

That stuff does help. When I was doing a lot of mountain and trail cycling (and crashing into rocks and trees) I went through a lot of it.😂

Yeah, I frequently was covered in bruises back then. 🤦‍♀️ Was taking out a lot of anger on the trails. 😂
