Trump has a history of breaking deals. So anyone who signed an NDA with him should not feel bound by it. Break the deal. Make him prove in court that he did, in fact, rape women and girls. He can't say you violated an NDA unless what you are revealing was covered by it.
Can you use an NDA to cover up or suppress evidence of a crime? I'm not an attorney but it seems contrary to our legal system.
Good point. Coercing somebody into an NDA to cover up a crime pressures them to become an accessory. it is hard to imagine how that could be legal.
