It's 10% deposit on exchange here that the buyer keeps, so you'd expect it to fail before that point (which is usually about 2 months in). 20% commitment at the outset would certainly change things here!

Yeah when you put in an offer you generally put 20% down so you have to be darn sure you want to buy.
