I try not to let my fears of fascist absolutism and AI realities cloud the fact that humanity can and will survive our self-induced disasters. We're a pretty resilient lot. We're strong! But many won't, and I mourn all we are and will be losing.

I sometimes try to imagine how historians will document these times. Possibly digitally, with a flashing black and red screen with the sound of someone screaming into the void?

I've wondered IF history will be definitively recorded now that AI has the power to essentially wipe out any form of information. But I think you paint an accurate picture!!!

oh gawd, I just can't. I'm consciously avoiding giving myself permission to let my imagination loose. Sticking to content about AI I trust so I can learn no matter how difficult the reality. Titration.
