Hate to bust any X-derived conspiracy theories but a) Trump has been a mouth breather for years and b) there's been evidence of TIAs and mini-strokes since his first term see: - slurring his words mid-speech - gait imbalance - transient facial drooping Don't get me wrong...

All TIAs have been excluded from his not so comprehensive medical reports and definitely known and not disclosed while on his most recent campaign? Will those doctors face any sort of reckoning?

Trump eyeballs (medical slang) sicker now than he did a few months ago. That said, some of the stuff being cross posted about his current state of health ignores the fact that this man has been chronically ill for over a decade and this is just how cardiovascular disease evolves. Patients will ...

Go through several episodes of exacerbation of their underlying disease. Each episode will leave them weaker than before, and they deteriorate in a step-wise function until they finally succumb. The triggers for exacerbations can range from forgetting to take their medication to the common cold to …

A new ischemic event (eg heart attack, TIA, stroke) TL;DR: while Trump *may* have suffered a major cardiovascular event, it's equally plausible that he is so frail that he's struggling to recover from an otherwise mundane illness, which is why the public deserves greater transparency re: his health

Hyper-focusing on the most headline-grabbing cause for his physical deterioration makes it easy for Trump to disprove and dismiss. It helps him deflect from the larger issue: his health is rapidly deteriorating and he is not fit to serve.

It's all so weird. Has me thinking peritoneal dialysis has been started. Explains the daily disappearance but wouldn't require Walter Reed.

The man who never misses an opportunity to talk to the press hasn’t allowed the media to get close to him for almost a week. Not fishy at all.

He has longevity in his family, he’s never smoked or drank alcohol, & he has the best medical care in the world. You can eat a LOT of cheeseburgers before you cancel all that out. My own speculation is that his bout with Covid (& to what extent it damaged his cardio system) is the wild card.

Most of the discourse is just all of us wishful thinking based on a) swollen ankles b) bruised hand c) slurring/disjointed speech We know he has serious issues - we just want them to be terminal soon
