The FHFA said her mortgage app claimed it as a primary residence, so I'm looking for that doc.

The thing to note, if you look up the VA property, is that several other people are listed on title. One thing that can happen on primary residence mortgages is a non-occupant coborrower - somebody who is helping the main person, who will be living in the home, to qualify

What you'd expect in that situation is that a lot of the documents would reflect that the loan/property are *a* primary residence, but it doesn't follow that the NOCB is claiming it as *their* primary residence

Looks like I was wrong. I did find the mortgage docs, and you're right. Appreciate the correction.

Just speaking for myself, but I always respect people who admit their mistakes.

Once I saw the docs and confirmed a co-borrower doesn't have to make it primary, it's pretty black and white. I sure don't like being wrong - or, more to the point, falling for bullshit - but I'd rather be wrong and be corrected than go through life believing bullshit!

True enough. But a seemingly rare quality on social media.

That’s an allegation not evidence. It doesn’t show in any way that the investigation “isn’t ginned up.”
