But let’s also consider, just for the sake of argument, that she did incorrectly indicate it would be a primary residence. That would raise questions from the lender, and the only way to get past that would be to give misleading answers. That’s potentially felonious even if it goes uncharged

I’m simply saying that we can say, if that turned out to be true, that such actions are inappropriate And as a corollary we shouldn’t say now that her behavior wasn’t bad - at the very least because they haven’t proven what her behavior was
