The problem is, I'm not confident DHS would report those instances (at all or in a timely manner), even if there was a law requiring it. Is there a provision for individuals to contact Congress to report instances? And staff to publish the contact number, and to vet/compile those reports?

Thank you, Rep. McClellan, for continuing to do your duty of oversight of ICE. What they're doing is unconscionable and needs to be stopped. I wish your Republican coworkers shared your compassion and concern but they are who they are. Please keep fighting for our most vulnerable!
