That’s a very fair answer. I just didn’t know if that would do the trick (and if it’s got much less sugar).

The coffee isn’t the issue. That’s basically no-carb. It’s the stuff that goes in it. A hot chocolate k-cup is between 10 and 17 grams of carbs, mostly sugar. I checked because sometimes winter days require hot chocolate. 😂
We do the Swiss Miss no sugar added hot chocolate with Fairlife milk. Is does have carbs but it reduces the sugar some. I would kill for a good sugar free hot cocoa recipe that isn’t like “heat up protein powder and add monk fruit.”
Protein powder? Hell no. Use dark unsweetened cocoa powder and your sweetener of choice. I do like monk fruit but I get that some people note it has an aftertaste. Use that Fairlife, but add some heavy cream (low in sugars) to add body.
okay. ignore the word salt, but these are actually pretty good. @zrau.bsky.social & i both are LMNT people & they sent out a bunch of sampler packs of the chocolate ones last year. next time i see you, i’ll give you one to try - it’s like 4 different chocolate flavors drinklmnt.com/products/lmn...
I’m intrigued.
Is there somewhere you’ve found that has this in smaller quantities for trying a flavor or two out. Because I do not have a stretched flavor palette and would like lime and maybe chocolates thinking of the Gatorade and hot chocolate flavors I like. Bc $45 to try feels like a ton to try it out
