Yes they are. They vote in the primaries. That's how they participate in the party. Voters are responsible for elevating these Democrats. Again and again and again. I didn't elect any of them; I am unconsentingly represented by Republicans at every level of government.

You have no say in how the party is run, you can't vote for the party's leadership. If you're in the party, it's the same way an Amazon warehouse worker is in Amazon.
