Actually, I think the German people felt that. Which is why they have spent decades trying to do everything in their power to make amends and prevent it happening again. The US may not not be capable of admitting guilt or remorse so forgiveness may not be an option.

My hope is that there are people who truly are spiritual people, and that these people do inhabit these United States. And may the universe call them to step up and do what’s right at this point in history. I know the history is checkered. But we’re all here now. And this democracy is worth saving 🙏🏼
