I'd bet money that Qatar did not just OFFER, out of the blue, to give him one of their luxury airliners. HE COVETED IT and TOLD them he wanted one. I doubt they expected him to take them up on it, but IF it is accepted, they WILL expect reciprocity for their hospitality. $0.4 billion worth.
