Trump 2028 is no joke. Trump will run in '28 as vice president to Vance (see Putin/Medvedev, Putin has likely discussed this with Trump). Vance will step down to become VP after election, making Trump president. Trump can serve up to 2 years per 19th Amendment. Trump is aware of this and will do it.
