I have little faith in the current Supreme Court, but I’ll still hope that they don’t ruin this. I’m glad that the courts ruled in the way that they did. No taxation without representation!

I was excited about this ruling, until finding that it gave Trump until October 14th to allow him to appeal to SCOTUS.

So what does this mean- fast track and feet dragged at SCOTUS?

Delayed until October 14th. Trump can ignore laws, court orders, the constitution. Trump can act with petty vindictive impunity. Thank GOP party über alles, the Heritage Foundation SCOTUS Justices & 40 years of 4th estate echoing GOP MOD after it traded investigative journalism for access.

This ruling is headed to the SCOTUS where it will be a real test of how much latitude they will give to the POTUS. Can the POTUS bypass Congress and claim an emergency that warrants tariffs when there is no real "emergency". What is an emergency? Is this an "official act" of the POTUS?
