Lmao if your firm can be killed by flagrantly illegal orders then you don’t have laws and have bigger things to worry about. Capitulation doesn’t solve this.

No absolutely capitulation is not the answer. And I am disgusted by the law firms that bend the knee. I'm just saying the decision isn't cut and dry. Its not just "Say no and file an injunction and back to business as normal" People are losing their jobs to fight this
