I'm expecting a full on legal mess. These are (mostly) subcontractors - NOT federal LEO. I was federal LEO. Under the law I got certain protections. Never needed them because my unit's arrests were 100% every single time. Same with our use of force: my command prided itself on our record..

Gets into a real grey area with what (if anything) will be extended to these kidnappers. Every one of their "arrests" stinks like a dead fish in the noon sun and you KNOW some lawyer is gonna try and claim legal exemptions for them. With this environment they just might get them....

This environment wont last forever and the Traitor in the WH has set some precedents that the next Dem president better damn well use against them and be as brutal to the right as they have been to everyone else IMO. No more high road bullshit. No trials, No Lawyers just removal of these people
