Iβd be looking at the young boys to push on, so maybe them, and Iβd want to offer Shinnie a 1-2 yer deal too. His character is pretty important, especially given we have a very young squad overall

Sadly, I think Graeme Shinnie is already in 'a season too far' territory. After the cup final, he said he'd achieved everything he wanted in his career. One last season with European football is a good time to end it.

We have a very young squad, Sunday was a case in point once Devlin (Captain and senior player) was off. The guys needed guidance. I think another year or so would work.

Compared to some of the players around him on Sunday when he came on, he isn't the one that looked as though he shouldn't be on a field.
