The one on the right seems elliptical and while the narrow part is the same (ish) the long part isn't.

I dunno.. the right one looks like it's been well worn, either that or the machining is really REALLY off cuz of how rough it looks

I dunno... but yeh the nozzle sizes are definitely different though.
