Going to a bear sanctuary where this one could have been released into the wild would have been a better choice, but I have to say … look at those toe beans!!!!!🫘

On every video like this you see a post about how "oh it would have been better if that lost animal had been reared to be sent back to the wild" and then I see something like this and I'm like "yeah the bear is really missing out on that daily grind fighting for survival"
What you mean you "see something like this"? What exactly do you think you're seeing here lol The anthropomorphizing is strong with this one 😄
Anthropomorphizing an intelligent mammal of a species with a documented history of forming strong emotional bonds when rescued members of the species are raised by humans, as well as documented cases of bonding to other animals?
I hope she and her baby bear stealing family get mawed. “Found an abandoned cub” is clearly NOT what happened!
That's...a little extreme, don't you think? Two wrongs don't make a right
She’s had probably a gazillion people warn her. Bears. Are. Not. Pets. And frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if this would happen anyway. Once that bear gets horny, or has a grumpy day, they might maw this evil person in a jiffy.
It's all fun and games until someone's face gets ripped off because that is still a wild animal.
Thank you for being the only normal person to reply to this comment. Although I would guess the rescuers who adopted this cub are aware of that, and there are often reasons why trained rescuers may adopt and raise a wild animal as a baby rather than rehabilitation for wilderness release
Does that bear understand the meaning of the word “consent?”
