Some people are content to just work and go home, and that's perfectly fine—every organization needs that stability. But a little ambition is also great. Whether it's to lead a team or just master a new skill, a bit of drive can turn a job into something more fulfilling. Both are needed.

In my experience the exact opposite is true and workplaces *are* designed around them. They tend to be your least reliable workers in terms of turnover (all jobs are interchangeable to them) so you have to plan what kinds of work you give them and plan with the assumption they wont be there too long
