Can anyone explain to me the moral difference between herding people into "aid distribution points," then shooting them; and herding people into "shower rooms," and then gassing them?

Nope, same difference. Equally cruel, criminal &, of course, immoral! Let's just hope that one day, in the very near future, there will be a tribunal making a judgement on such matters of life, death & genocide!
