Yeah. I was opposed to the first shutdown, but this is where I am too. Also, this adds to the stuff that Trump hasn't been able to deliver at this point.

Somebody else made the point that conditioning support on ending impoundments (what that would look like, and whether it's possible, I don't know exactly) is the best strategy and I tend to agree. If they want our votes for a budget, there has to be a commitment to spend that money as appropriated.
