women trapped in no-sex marriages or bad-sex marriages have to just lump it, have affairs, or get out. I don't think murdering a bunch of men has ever presented itself as a solution.

I hear you on that one. I should have been more clear in who (overwhelmingly) commits the violence. For some reason (too many) me feels having sex is their birthright. Maybe start with making yourself appealing to other humans. Just a thought.
