Help for rural hospitals? Conservative, Republican voters hate that sort of welfare state thinking. Congress should respect their values - no help for rural hospitals, send the help to urban hospitals where people want it and will appreciate it.

Well, maybe they can make an exception for blue dots. I’m just saying, rural voters in general, mostly conservative, Republican, are gleefully trying to cut programs for everyone else, so how odd is it to hear about help being set aside specifically for them? Seems rather odd and inappropriate.
