That's "Missouri strong" as in the courage and personal character of Sen. Josh "Hauling Ass" Hawley but applied to the intellect, the mind, education, and so on. "We think education is radical propaganda!" In case anyone isn't getting it, "Missouri strong" means "weak" in plain English.

Future quiz question. If we have two people, one educated in Missouri, and one educated in Oklahoma, how many educated people would we have? Correct answer: Zero. It's a trick question relaying on equivocation on meaning of "educated."
