Regardless of a lawsuit the fact that these programs are essentially being pushed by (for example) educational institutions speaks poorly of them if they continue to do so.

And the companies that own these LLMs are pushing them hard into all aspects of education, so they are seeking access to children who are learning and will not have a choice whether to use them or not.. while being this reckless with their public models.
