The court injunctions are coming, but nothing can stop him from ignoring them. The Nazis have taken control of the U.S. government. If we wish to remain legal, our only chance is to win all three special elections, one in NY and two in FL. If not, it's two years before we get another chance.
What about contempt of court, that's still a thing, right?
Can we take 2 years of this kind of criming and couping, and expect to redeem everything we've lost through an election? I think it will be too late by then. DOGEing at the behest of the criminal in the White House doesn't make it legal. Why can't we arrest them?
