I've seen a few videos of "agents" getting on their unmarked vehicles and leaving after they hear many citizens say they called 911 after they failed to identify. Those kidnappers don't stick around waiting for LAPD and when they do LAPD arrives talks to them and ignore the victim. They're complicit
This is new and has teeth. The fact thugs run when people call 911 is indicative this has power. Now we have to take notice of the police, get their ID if they don't do the job. Make reports, keep videos, get license plates and LAPD badge numbers. It will make a difference.
Let's hope so. Getting tired of seeing those thugs act with impunity.
