Let 'em have all the guns they want. Just register & insure each like a car. Every 5 years let them take a handgun/long arm safety test. I'd raise their insurance & make it more $$ to get a new gun if they are stupid enough to leave one in a car & it is stolen by criminals tho, as many are.
